1. Infrastructure

Located at the center of HCM city, Codupha HCM has an ideal infrastructure convenient for goods receiving and distribution.

- Drug warehouses area: 2000 pallets, 18.000 m2 of GSP Standard depot equipped with cold storage 2-8oC, cool area 8-15oC, zone 3 room temperature facilities 20-25oC, special storage room for inflammable and explosive goods.

 

- 2000 m2 office, exhibition stalls, wholesales and retail areas. Trade Center Project is expected to be built up.

- Concrete container area and routes, equipped with suitable forklifts.

 

- Means of transport system (including air conditioned trucks) to meet fast and flexible need of transport.

- iScala standardized IT system

 

 

 

 

2. Distribution and customer service

- Sales and Marketing Team cover all hospitals and pharmacies in HCMC, Surrounding Area, and Quang Nam, Danang, Quang Ngai. In HCM City, sales and marketing deparment is divided into spcialized teams: Pharmacy, Hospital, Tender, Product Management. Seminars, Group Doctors meeting are held regularly.

- Territory Coverage: Codupha HCMC cover HCMC and surrounding area. Average yearly number of awarded tender hospitals accounts for more than 100 hospitals. OTC team serves over 1600 pharmacies

- Call Center (Order Receipt, Order taken, Order Process, Customer Care) meets the demand of customers via phone, fax.
