DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Codupha has got over 15 years of distribution experiences in Vietnam. In 2007, the company was certified GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
In order to:
- Expand its territory coverage and serve all pharmacies, health establishments, pharmaceutical companies,
- Bypass the intermediary distributors, provide products at reasonable prices to endusers,
Codupha’s development project has been implemented to develop a warehousing system and branches all over Vietnam.
1. Codupha’s Headquarter and Branches Distribution System
With a long-term investment, with the support from corncerned departments, Codupha has succeeded in setting up its branches along with standardized warehouses in various strategic locations.

2. Coverage
At present, Codupha directly distributes to 59/64 provinces and cities in which various areas has been left untouched by the other distributors (including MNC distributors): Mekong Delta, Central Highlands, North Central.
3. Staff
Currently Codupha employs over 300 staff. Sales and Marketing team are present in 54/64 provinces and cities in Vietnam. Besides, Codupha has dedicated hospital tender team, having excellent relationship with all hospitals.
4. Means of transport
Codupha’ transport system meets nearly all the distribution requirements. In addition, the company also outsources other transport service to ensure the distribution optimalization. |
